Hello! First I just wanted to say thank you! Your podcasts are so informative! I found them a few years ago when I was in my disordered eating recovery and I’ve learned so much and have been encouraged by so many of your podcasts.
I know this podcast is old, but I have a question. What are your thoughts on bubbly/seltzer/carbonated water that is naturally flavored (what do they call it in the UK? ;)). In my disordered eating, I drank too much water, haha, but now I drink way less but LOVE bubbly water, like I drink it for 95% of my water intake. Do you think that is an issue (if I still go every 3-4 hours and have straw colored urine like you talk about)? I’m not sure if I think it’s a problem because of my old food rule thoughts or if it’s something I should change? Thanks for your input and for all you do!
