I loved this episode and it is exactly what I needed to hear. You mentioned eating more nutrient dense foods as one way to increase energy flux. Can you maybe elaborate more on what foods you consider to be nutrient dense or point me to one of your podcasts or blog posts that covers that in more detail?

    Thank you,
    Jodi

This is one of the best podcasts I have ever listened to. I would love you to talk more about how to titrate up to a new level. Also my dear friend Amy Is deaf. Do you have your talks available to be read as well? Thanks for all you do.
