Implicit (and explicit) in all these articles is the idea that being "overweight" is unhealthy. That fat is dangerous. I’m one of the lucky people and I’m naturally quite lean. I have one of those “metabolisms” where regardless of how much I eat or how much exercise I do, my weight is basically the same. The book, as the title would suggest, is about investing and money management but with one of the examples I was able to make some interesting parallels between interest rates and calorie intake.
