My one daily habit that matters the most…

Over 4 years ago I moved out of London to the countryside. After spending my whole life living in cities (first Sydney, then London) I was craving more space, greenery and a different pace of life. It’s been for the better. I could write a whole book on the benefits I’ve experienced from changing my living location. But one of the best things to come out of it is my morning walk. It’s Not About The Food

PART 1 Being a nutritionist it seems logical that when someone comes to see me, the first thing I need to do is work on their diet. But the more I work with people, the more I see that it is not all about the food. While food is incredibly important, often it is not the most important thing to start with. Meeting Your Needs

I've always been fascinated by what makes people tick. Why do people make the decisions that they do, either consciously or unconsciously? While I was studying nutrition I took a course in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Like anything, unless your practise and use it, it doesn’t grow or improve.
