I’m not a very technical person when it comes to computers. But despite this, I built the 7 Health website that you are currently looking at. I have also built websites for my online programs as well. So how have I been able to do this? Some of it has been with the help of Google or Youtube. It’s amazing what you can find online when you search for it. But mostly it’s because of my brother, Pete. He runs his own IT company and from as young as I can remember he was into computers. He is always there for me when I need help. I can’t tell you how many times I have spent 4 or 5 hours … [Read more...]

Getting A Bikini Body

While I don’t want to jinx anything, London has been having a pretty amazing summer. It started early and just keeps on going. This is the second summer in a row of smashing weather and it just makes such a difference. Long live the warm weather (hopefully not to the detriment to the planet). It’s the kind of temperature that normally leads to more skin being on show. The bikini body is something most women aspire to but it’s years like this that really give you a chance to show it off (or alternatively spend more time trying to hide it). Aesthetics can often be the driver for what … [Read more...]

Free Nutrition Consultation

Free Consult

At the start of the year I offered free one-off nutritional consultations to anyone who was interested. I spoke to over 70 people who were struggling with their health and diet and wanted some support pointing them in the right direction. The feedback from these sessions was just amazing and so I’ve decided to offer them again. For a limited time you can get access to me for a free one-off session. This is being done on a first come, first serve basis, so if you are interested get involved. To register click on this link and sign up. You will then be sent instructions for how to we can speak. … [Read more...]

5 Reasons Diets Don’t Work

As the end of February approaches, the dieting train shows no sign of stopping. Despite people’s insistence on following diets, they rarely give the results ‘as listed’. Here are 5 reasons why diets don’t work. They aren’t individualised. Everyone is different and what works for one person, won’t work for the next. Nearly every diet will work for some people, but blindly trying diet after diet in an attempt to find the right one by luck isn’t the best strategy. They are static. Not only are you an individual, but your needs change with time. The diet that works for you today, might … [Read more...]

Transforming Your Health

Why eating healthy is important

I got an amazing email from a client on the weekend. I just finished working with Anna and the difference between before and after is like night and day. Below is her detailed account of what she went through and the results that she’s seen; it’s highly recommended reading: “I took the plunge and emailed Chris about a month or so after my wedding. It had been a long time coming, I knew things weren't right and I had got myself to the point that I couldn't fix things single handedly. Pre wedding I had done the usual diet, keeping calories low, working out like a demon, shunning carbs, I … [Read more...]

Free Health Plan

When people contact me they are normally confused about what to eat. There is so much conflicting information, that people don’t know what to believe. Most people tell me that they ‘eat healthily’ but when we look at the results they are getting, it doesn’t seem like what they’re doing is really working Worse still are those who see their body as an adversary. Under the guidance of a personal trainer or some blog piece they read online, they started a 1,200 calorie a day diet. For good measure they decided to ramp up the exercise. Maybe they signed up to a marathon or a triathlon or maybe … [Read more...]

New Year Deal

The dust has settled on another year and hopefully by now everyone’s hangovers are well and truly gone. With the New Year comes resolutions – to make changes, to do things differently, to achieve more – which for a lot of people means changes to their body and their health. While it is only the 14th January it would be surprising to find out how many people have already started to renege on the decisions they made only two weeks ago. While I don’t have any hard facts on this I would estimate that only a small percentage of resolutions make it past the end of January, let alone to the end of … [Read more...]
