I remember as a kid being so excited about Christmas. I would wake up early on Christmas day and inspect all the presents under the tree that had my name on. It felt like forever waiting for my parents to get up so that I could rip off the paper and get into them.   And then there was the food. Eating During The Holiday Period

I don’t know how it has happened but another year has rolled by. The days are getting shorter, with a crispness in the air and wetness under foot. We are heading into the festive season at lightning speed and before you know it you’ll be surrounded wall to wall with mince pies, cheese, roasted meat and copious amounts of wine (or maybe that’s just me). New Year Deal

The dust has settled on another year and hopefully by now everyone’s hangovers are well and truly gone. With the New Year comes resolutions – to make changes, to do things differently, to achieve more – which for a lot of people means changes to their body and their health. While it is only the 14th January it would be surprising to find out how many people have already started to renege on the decisions they made only two weeks ago. Embrace the Festive Season

I am going home to Sydney for the first time in four years for Christmas and it's the perfect time for me to reconnect with loved ones and generally enjoy some time off. As I am getting older I seem to have less time to catch up with friends and family – work is the dominant feature of my life. I really appreciate the Christmas break. This is the same for most people. I am definitely not the only one that feels overworked and is looking forward to some relaxation.
