    Thank you so much for everything you do for women! I stumbled across your podcast and currently obsessed listening to one a day starting on my morning walk and finishing throughout the day! The topics you cover and guest speakers just hit the right spot! Im a high school PE teacher, history of eating disorder, over exercise and the past 4-5 years spent at a ‘recovered weight’ though having times of ‘lapse’ into old habits. I (thank go) conceived my son during a 12-18 month solid healthy time 3 years ago and are seeking a second child. After my son I reverted back to some old ways as a coping mechanism to stress and are trying to piece together where I’ve gone wrong to get back to a healthy state and finally stay there once and for all (turning 30 this year) currently on fertility medication – though after listening to so many of your exercise/diet/menstrual cycle podcasts am sure it’s from lifestyle factors which ALL specialist I’ve seen don’t take into account. So I’m on a journey as you can see and you are ENLIGHTENING me every podcast I listen to..
