100: My Story

Episode 100: I can’t believe it, but we have hit episode 100! As part of this show I decided to answer questions that listeners have about me and my life. I cover my early life in Sydney and moving to the UK, struggling with insecurities in my teenage years and 20s, my thoughts on religion and psychedelics, my eating habits and relationship with food, my ways for coping with stress and lots more. This is by far the most open I’ve been about me and my life, so I hope you enjoy it.
